This is a great and easy way to make any shirt or sweater more flattering. The off the shoulder cut gives any sweatshirt a more casual, comfortable, and flattering look. You can look much more elegant by cutting the neck lower and showing off your collar bone. You can also pull it down over one shoulder to mix it up. And of course, you only need a good pair of fabric scissors, my folding trick, and a few minutes!
