How to make sleeves shorter - Shorten shirt sleeves of a button up shirt...

A friend asked me to shorten the sleeves of a shirt she had to wear for a wedding, and I thought of no better tutorial to post. I bet this is a common problem for people! And while I personally loved rolled sleeves, those don't do well under jackets.

So with a few snips of scissors, and a simple needle and thread, you can just customize the length of your sleeves to the exact place you want them to land.

This should be easy sewing, beginner friendly, and no sewing machine required.
